Laser Tattoo
Laser Etch/Tattooing is the process of basically heat scorching something in micro seconds so that it’s permanently marked. This can often be combined with a proprietary process to make it shiny or to add a distressed color! It’s one of the most popular forms of decorating performance wear.
Advantages are that it’s also a subtle decoration. But the real advantage is that you can do it in almost any location, over pockets that you normally could not stitch. It can be make massive or tiny, you can do multiple locations on one garment and you can even etch “decorated by (your company and website) on the inside. Setup costs are similar to embroidery but running costs are less in quantities. This is especially true for larger designs that would cost and arm and a leg with embroidery.
